This series was all over the place when it comes to disc encoding, even some episodes on the same disc had different interlacing and frame rate modes. Anyway because of that a variety of different filters were used depending on the episode but in general the DVD episodes were encoded using a modified Slower 2-Pass at 1,100 KB/S with AC3 audio and the HD episodes (both Web-DLs and Blurays) were encoded with a modified Slow CRF 21.5 with AAC audio. Season 11 episode 12 did not have an HD Web-DL so the SD DVD copy was used instead since it was higher quality than the 480p Web-DL. Other than that, seasons 1-6 are encoded from the original DVD releases by FOX, seasons 7-10 are encoded from the Olive Films complete series release, season 11 is encoded from a Hulu Web-DL, season 12 is encoded from an Amazon Web-DL, and season 13 was encoded from the Olive Films bluray release. Seasons 1 and 2 contain some special features which have been included here and some episodes have audio commentary tracks included.
